PrimaVal has announced the next round of programming dates to take place January through March. For a ocomplete program schedule, visit primaval.com. These programs are designed for people who work in Vail to leam and share the value of premier hospitality and to instil a sense of community among its participants. Enrollin FREE programs to learn new guest service skills and about Vai's history, enjoy a waiking tour, be eligible for local discounts and invitations to fun social events. The next Guest Experience Training class is Tuesday, Jan. 14 | 9- 10:30 a.m. | The Grand View The Grand View is located on the 3rd floor of the Lionshead Welcome Center. Free parking vouchers will be given to attendees. ATTENTION BUILDERS, DEVELOPERS & LANDSCAPE COMPANIES Vail Town Council has passed an amendment that will require ignition- resistant building materials and fire-resistant landscaping for new construction and additions built in Val which are greater than 500 square feet. To assist, there will be 2-hour informational workshops on: Tuesday, January 28 | 9:00 am, and 2:00 p.m. Thursday, February 27 | 9:00 am, and 2:00 p.m. All workshops will be at the West Vail Fire Station located at 2399 N. Frontage Rd W. FREE WINTER WEDNESDAY ART WALKS 1st & 3rd Wednesdays of the Month Jan. 15 - April 15 | Starts at 3:30 p.m. Enjoy a free one-hour public art tour of through Vail Vilage with the Town of Vail's Art in Public Places. Meet at 330 p.m. at the Vail Village Welcome Center, top level of the Vail Village parking structure. The tour winds its way through the Village, with discussions of Vail's history and viewing of site-specific art pieces. Tours are subject to cancellation.
