eco trails Eagle Valley Trails Committee Members Needed The ECO Trails Eagle Valley Trails committee has two vacancies for a resident of District 3, and for an At-Large member. Applications are due by May 1, 2019. At-Large members may reside in any area of the Eagle River or Colorado River or Gore Creek valleys of Eagle County. District 3 includes the communities of Dotsero, Gypsum and Eby Creek Mesa. The 18-member Committee generally meets four to five times per year to plan trail projects for construction using funds from the .5% transportation sales tax.
