The mission of Summit Community Care Clinic (“Care Clinic”) is to provide exceptional, integrated, patient centered health care services designed to meet the needs of people who experience barriers to accessing care, regardless of their ability to pay. Care Clinic is a private, non-profit safety net clinic, and is the only health care resource for low-income uninsured residents in our community. Additionally, we serve residents of Lake, Park, Eagle, Clear Creek and Grand County.
