In July 2012, the Skyline Cinema 8 theater was purchased in Dillon, Colorado. Skyline Cinema 8 serves the Summit County resort area which includes Dillon, Silverthorne, Keystone, Frisco, Copper and Breckenridge.
The Mitchell Theater's mission is to provide a big city movie theater experience with small town service and prices. David Blake and the Skyline Cinema 8 (SK8) staff are dedicated to ensuring that each movie goer enjoys a unique movie going experience. SK8's auditoriums provide a comfortable atmosphere with high back rocker seats, spacious row spacing and stadium seating. SK8 offers the latest technology with 100% digital projection, 7.1 Digital Surround sound and 3D.
