About

The Gashouse was one of the first buildings in Edwards and was originally built as a Conoco filling station in the 1940’s. After the filling station closed in the late sixties the building sat empty until 1982, when Connie had the creative vision to turn it into a log cabin diner. The renovation was complete in February 1983 and The Gashouse opened its doors for hungry bellies and thirsty bodies.

Over the course of the past 28 years The Gashouse has doubled in size; adding a second dining room and a state of the art kitchen which helped develop one the biggest menus available in the valley.
