Founded in 1965, Vail Valley Medical Center is a nonprofit, 501(c)(3) governed by a Board of Directors composed of community and hospital leaders. With 289 full-time and affiliated physicians and 860 full-time, part-time and seasonal employees, VVMC is one of the largest employers in the Vail Valley.
